PAYROLL
 We have a team of professional payroll specialists with in-depth knowledge and expertise who will deliver payroll services to our customers in a timely and accurate manner. Reasonable payroll services fees will be charged based on per headcount basis with no minimum number to start. iServe payroll services will include creation of employee details, processing of payroll and pay changes, statutory boards’ deduction/contribution, income tax reporting and provision of standard payroll reports.

PROCUREMENT
 The SmartBuyer Portal is an initiative by ST Electronics to offer comprehensive online B2B procurement services and access to the active trading community. This creates a new strategic business advantage for the member organisations through collective buying to achieve reduction in the costs of sourcing and procurement management. Through the SmartBuyer Portal, we aim to bring about greater cost reduction, increased convenience and enhanced corporate governance to our customers.
Both payroll and procurement services are available as add-on services to the Finance and Accounting (F&A) services under the iServe project. For Organisations which sign up payroll and/or procurement services in addition to the F&A services, they would be able to apply for VCF to subsidy the payroll services charges, and subscription fees for the SmartBuyer Portal. For Organisations which currently do not need the F&A Services under iServe, but are interested in our payroll and/or procurement services, could take up these services individually; separate from iServe F&A services. Do note that however, VCF subsidy will not be available to Organisations in such circumstances.
