After the 3rd year contract, will iServe still continue to provide
Finance and Accounting (F&A) services?


A: Yes, ST Electronics (e-Services) will continue to provide F&A services to Organisations who wish to continue to engage us after expiry of the iServe project on 31 Sep 2012.  ST Electronics (e-Services) is an established company in the shared services sector, and we are committed to building a long term partnership with the charity community in the provision of quality shared services.  

Is there any start up cost involved, in joining iServe?


A: The Finance & Accounting and Payroll services of iServe are delivered using systems provided by iServe. No start up cost will be incurred by the Organisation. Only transactional charges and approved disbursements incurred will be charged to the Organisation for services rendered. However, as some Organisations may wish to join iServe in the midst of their Financial Year, there may be a need to transfer the prior months’ data to the systems used by iServe. During the implementation evaluation stage, iServe implementation team will advise on the data migration strategy and the cost involved, if any, depending on the Organisation’s existing system used (if any) and the volume of transactions. VCF subsidy is available to defray the cost incurred.

Are there fees involved for Organisations to customise the financial statements and reports according to their own requirements?


A: Additional fees may be payable for customising or developing additional reports. The fees will be based on the effort required in customising or developing these reports to the requirements of the Organisation.

What is the estimated monthly charge to engage iServe services?
